This EMDR is bringing up a lot of shit....

That perfection thing is yelling at me again because I ate two cookies and two bagels.  Obviously, my life is over.   Everyone knows eating 2,700 calories in one day is against the law.

The acronym for shame as defined by my friend Adam: Should Have Already Mastered Everything.  Perfection and shame - they are like conjoined twins. 

If perfection was a bully on the playground of my existence, she’d have a gangsta accent and be like: You stupid whore, now you gonna be fat.  And you ain’t never gonna be skinny again ‘cause yo fat rolls grow to Jupiter, bitch.  And then she’d play 90’s rap music out of a boom box, throw rocks at me and call me a bouncy house.

Good thing none of that’s happening in real life, except that it is. *Sigh
